Highlighting the state's growing tech sector, Gov. Matt Bevin today congratulated El Toro Internet Marketing LLC on its plans to add 400 jobs and invest $10.5 million in Louisville as the ad-tech firm moves its headquarters from downtown to a larger building in NuLu.
